Slow rate of polish absorbtionImproves operator controlPrevents pad skippingCreates less heatFor use with both Rotary & DA machinesNew 5.5" pad size Cutting pad for compounds to remove heavy oxidation, swirls and scratches.Conventional foam pads absorb polish too quickly. This reduces polish and pad performance because most of the polish is trapped below the working surface of the pad. CCS technology (collapsed cell structure) solves this common problem using stategic patterns of partially closed foam cells.Priming Instructions:When placing the pad on your machine, it is very important to "prime" the pad, also known as "seasoning". It is done by misting a dry pad one or two times before use. You never want to use a dry pad on the surface. this will make everything work a lot better as a system. Simple priming can be done with tap water or with a QD spray. You do it once at the beginning of your polishing. After the pad has polish on it, it is good to go.

Cyan Advanced Cutting DA Foam - The blue foam is designed for compounding and swirl removal. This closed cell pre-polymer foam restores oxidized and heavily swirled paint. Looks can be deceiving; the blue pad looks coarse but actually finishes with no marring. You'll achieve an almost wax-ready finish in one step. That's another way the Lake Country Hydro-Tech 5.5 Inch Foam Pads save you time.
Tangerine Ultra Polishing DA Foam - The tangerine foam is made for light to moderate defect removal and polishing. It has the cutting power just below that of the Lake Country orange light cutting pad, and the tangerine pad leaves a finish like you'd achieve with a gray finishing pad. Use a finishing polish or fine swirl remover to create a deep gloss.
Crimson Finishing DA Foam - The crimson foam is designed to apply waxes, glazes, and sealants in flawless, even coats without causing swirls. The soft foam has very light polishing ability, making it a great choice for cleaner waxes, too. Since the crimson pad is made of Hydro-Tech foam, it does not soak up liquid waxes and paint sealants like some finishing pads can. You'll be able to cover more paint with less product.

Lake Country Ultra-Fiber Microfiber Pads utilize the latest in microfiber technology to provide a single design that can be used for compounding and polishing.Lake Country Ultra-Fiber Microfiber Pads are manufactured using ultra-bond adhesive technology to ensure the pads dont delaminate, even after countless uses. Lake Country Ultra-Fiber Microfiber Pads are available in two configurations for dual action and rotary polishers.

Lake Country Snappy Clean is a concentrated cleaner that releases wax and polish from the foam or wool fibers with just a few minutes of soaking. It is not a soap, but rather a strong citrus cleaning solution that rinses out easily.Snappy Clean Pad Cleaner is a powder that dissolves in 3-4 gallons of water - plenty of solution to clean several pads. Just drop your used buffing pads in the mixture and agitate the pads. You may want to wear gloves since the directions caution against getting the cleaner on your skin. Wait up to 15 minutes, depending on how saturated the pads are with product. Rinse out pads with clean water and lay them out to dry. For faster drying, you can put them on your buffer and spin them dry. You may still need to lay them out to totally dry.
Cuts like natural sheepskin but finishes like a foam pad Foamed fibers resist caking and mattingPerfect for use with Britemax metal polishesLake Countrys Foamed Wool 4 inch buffing spot pad is made to overcome some common inconveniences of natural wool pads. First of all, the Foamed Wool pad is made of synthetic wool, which lasts longer than natural wool and produces less lint. The foam particles encapsulate the base of the wool to make the fibers stand up. This creates a tighter, thicker pile. Ultimately the Foamed Wool Pad provides more cushion between the backing plate and your vehicles paint.Foamed Wool also creates tiny air pockets at the base of the wool fibers. This is essentially trapped air that improves the cushioning provided by the pad and the retention of compounds and polishes. Just like the cells of foam absorb products, these minute air pockets retain products so none is wasted.
The Lake Country Prewashed white lambswool knitted pad is slightly less aggressive than the Purple Foamed wool pad.Using a proprietary process, lambswool is knitted into a synthetic backing material. The pad is then prewashed which "blossoms" the individual fibers. The result is a nearly lint-free pad which will not matt down as quickly as other wool pads. Best of all, the pad quickly produces a high gloss finish...during the polishing stage.
