Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept payment from credit and debit cards plus PayPal. Cards accepted are Switch, Delta, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
When you receive confirmation of your order, this is only an indication that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the event that a mistake has been made in pricing, where we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product. In the case of a price increase, we will always contact you first to ensure that the revised price is acceptable.
In keeping with our policy of not storing customers' credit card details, we no longer take credit card payments over the phone. Personal caller by appointment only.
Shipping And Handling Charges for delivery are not included in the stated product price. Please note we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
Delivery Schedule All delivery charges are based on weight of order. UK delivery options include Royal Mail 1st Class Post, Parcelforce Express48 and Parcelforce Express24. Please note Parcelforce do not deliver on weekends and bank holidays.
All other orders are shipped depending on destination, size and value by either Royal Mail Airsure, Parcelforce Euro Priority Business or Parcelforce Global Priority. Same day despatch cut off is 2pm (gmt).
In most cases a signature will be required at the time of delivery. If you are not in to sign for your delivery a card will be left asking you to contact your local depot or Post Office and arrange a further delivery attempt. Alternatively you can also collect the goods yourself (additional ID may be required).
Delivery charges and options are available at checkout. Prices can be checked online without having to committ to purchase.
All delivery times are quoted to us in good faith and are not legally binding. Please also note that certain postcodes do unfortunately incur an extra delivery day. If you have not received your order within 5 working days of receiving the dispatch email then please contact us immediately.
Next (working) Day Delivery - UK This option is available on all orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday and will be sent using Parcelforce Express24. You can select Parcelforce Express24 delivery when you go through the checkout process. Delivery on the Next Day service is made on working days and does not include weekends and bank holidays.
Saturday Delivery - UK Mainland Saturday delivery is available on all orders placed before 1pm on the preceeding Friday and will be sent via Parcelforce. Again this option is available at the checkout.
European Delivery European deliveries are sent by GLS Euro Priority Business, all prices are based on weight. Prices are available at checkout. Delivery charges can be viewed in checkout without having to commmit to purchase.
Please note we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
Tax Charges VAT at the standard rate of 17.5% will be added to all orders. Goods that are despatched to addresses outside of the European Union are generally not subject to EU VAT. When ordering goods from i4detailing for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website.

Privacy Policy I4DETAILING do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy Damaged Goods Please try to check your delivery on receipt. If signing for goods that are damaged please sign as "damaged", or "unchecked" if you're not able to check at the time of delivery.
In the unlikely event your order is received damaged please contact us immediately. Please retain the original packaging for returning your order. Contact us with your I4D order number and with details of the problem and from where and when the returned parcel can be conveniently collected. We will arrange to replace or refund your order, whichever your preference. It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 7 days of delivery.
Returns Policy Unwanted Goods Within 7 days of receipt.
Provided your purchase remains unused and 'as new' unopened with all seals intact we will accept the product back for a full refund up to 7 days after the date of delivery without question. This refund does not extend to the original cost of delivery plus returned goods will need to be inspected before reimbursement.
We will process a refund by the same means that the goods were purchased. It is your responsibility to ensure the products are securely packaged.
Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment (WEEE) returns - UK only
The Waste Electrical and Electonic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. Much of the UKs WEEE ends up in landfill, where the lead and other toxins it contains can cause soil and water contamination. This can have a harmful effect on natural habitat, wildlife and also human health. We offer a free "take-back" service for any item covered (such as machine polishers) under the WEEE regulations when you make an equivalent purchase from us. The item must fulfill the same functions as the new item and must be returned at your expense within 28 days of the purchase of your new item. All new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol and should be disposed of seperately from normal household waste so that they can be recycled.
Nothing in these terms and conditions will affect your rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. For further information regarding your rights, please contact your local authority Trading Standards Department, Consumer Direct or Citizens Advice Bureau.
