Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept payment from credit and debit cards plus PayPal. Cards accepted are Switch, Delta, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
When you receive confirmation of your order, this is only an indication that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the event that a mistake has been made in pricing, where we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product. In the case of a price increase, we will always contact you first to ensure that the revised price is acceptable.
Payment by PayPal eCheque will require 9 days to clear before goods are shipped. Shipping And Handling Charges for delivery are not included in the stated product price - see Delivery for details of applicable charges. For UK mainland customers we will endeavor to dispatch your goods same working day for all order received before 1pm. All goods will be sent either by Royal Mail or Parcelforce. Please allow 1-3 days for delivery. Most services will require a signature at the time of delivery. If you are not in at the time of delivery a card will be left asking you to contact your local depot and arrange a further delivery attempt. Alternatively you can visit the depot in person with the card (additional ID may be required) and collect the goods yourself. Delivery Schedule Our aim is to dispatch goods on the same day we receive your order. Depending on the value of your order we will ship by Royal Mail 1st class or via Parcelforce48. UK delivery charges are calculated on the weight of your order. The charges are as follows and include VAT.

Please note that order weights in excess of 30.0 kg for all Mainland UK, Scottish Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland destinations will incur an additional charge at the rate of 0.35p per additional kg.
All delivery times are quoted to us in good faith and are not legally binding. If you have not received your order within 5 working days of receiving the dispatch email then please contact us immediately.
Next Day Delivery This option is available on all orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday and will be sent using Parcelforce24. You can select Next Day delivery when you go through the checkout process. Delivery on the Next Day servic e is made on working days and does not include weekends and bank holidays.
Saturday Delivery Saturday delivery is available on all orders placed before 1pm on the preceeding Friday and will be sent via Parcelforce. Again this option is available at the checkout.
European Delivery European deliveries are sent by Parcelforce Euro48, all prices are based on weight. Prices are available at checkout.
We advise you to check the contents of the order with the despatch note. In the very rare instance that something is missing, please contact us within 24 hours and we will happily send out the missing goods at no extra cost to you with our complements.Tax Charges VAT at the standard rate of 15% will be added to all orders. Goods that are despatched to addresses outside of the European Union are generally not subject to EU VAT. When ordering goods from i4detailing for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Administer and enhance the site and service c. Only disclose information to third parties for goods delivery purposes Returns Policy Damaged Goods Please try to check your delivery on receipt. If signing for goods that are damaged please sign as "damaged", or "unchecked" if you're not able to check at the time of delivery.
In the unlikely event your order is received damaged please contact us immediately. Please retain the original packaging for returning your order. Contact us with your i4detailing order number and with details of the problem and from where and when the returned parcel can be conveniently collected. We will arrange to replace or refund your order, whichever your preference. It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 7 days of delivery.
Returns Policy Unwanted Goods Within 7 days of receipt.
Provided your purchase remains unused and 'as new' unopened with all seals intact we will accept the product back for a full refund up to 7 days after purchase without question. This refund does not extend to the cost of delivery or return and your product will need to be inspected before reimbursement. We will process a refund by the same means that the goods were purchased, less a 20% handling charge to cover our re-stocking, administration and carriage costs. It is your responsibility to ensure the products are securely packaged.
