Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept payment from credit and debit cards.
Cards accepted are Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Electron & Visa Delta.

Customers in the UK, USA and Canada can also pay by PayPal.

When you receive confirmation of your order, this is only an indication that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the event that a mistake has been made in pricing, where we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product. In the case of a price increase, we will always contact you first to ensure that the revised price is acceptable.

In keeping with our policy of not storing customers' credit card details, we no longer take credit card payments over the phone. Personal caller by appointment only.

Shipping And Handling
All delivery times are quoted to us in good faith and are not legally binding. Please also note that certain UK postcodes in remote areas including all addresses north of Inverness do unfortunately incur an extra delivery day. If you have not received your order within 5/6 working days of receiving the despatch email then please contact us immediately.

Please note we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

We aim to ship all orders received before 2.00pm same day.

P&P - Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded - UK Wide
Smaller orders can be sent by Royal Mail second class Recorded service. Please allow 1-7 working days for your order, although unfortunately it can take much longer. Tracking details are available on request. If after 7 working days you still have not received your delivery please check with neighbours and failing that with your local post office / sorting house. 99 times out of 100 this action will result in a positive outcome. Royal Mail does not consider an item of post lost until 15 working days.

P&P - Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded - UK Wide
Smaller orders can be sent by Royal Mail first class Recorded service. Please allow 1-5 working days for your order, although unfortunately it can take much longer. Tracking details are available on request. If after 5 working days you still have not received your delivery please check with neighbours and failing that with your local post office / sorting house. 99 times out of 100 this action will result in a positive outcome. Royal Mail does not consider an item of post lost until 15 working days.

Royal Mail Tracked (up to 15kg) - UK Wide
A new fully tracked parcel delivery service from Royal Mail available for all orders up to 15kg in weight. Full tracking details will be emailed and texted to you. Delivery normally takes 2-3 working days but can take up to 5 days. All delivery times are quoted to us in good faith and are not legally binding. Please note if you specifiy a 'safe plae' for the parcel to be left in the additional shipping field box in checkout then you waive your rights to a signed delivery and can no longer make a claim for a non-delivery in the event of a dispute. Calling cards are not always left so please check your tracking details for all updates to your delivery. Priced from £3.95 or FREE if spending over £50.

DPD Next Working Day (up to 30kg) - UK Mainland
This option is available for larger orders up to 30kg in weight for UK Mainland. Please note that certain UK postcodes in remote areas including all addresses north of Inverness do unfortunately incur an extra delivery day. As with all courier firms PDP Next Day service is made on working days and does not include weekends, bank holidays & public holidays. Tracking details will be emailed to you direct from DPD. If you supply a mobile number tracking details will also be texted to you. If you do not receive an email please check your inbox settings and any spam / junk folders. All delivery times are quoted to us in good faith and are not legally binding. Please note if you specifiy a 'safe plae' for the parcel to be left in the additional shipping field box in checkout then you waive your rights to a signed delivery and can no longer make a claim for a non-delivery in the event of a dispute. DPD Saturday Delivery (up to 30kg) - UK Mainland
Saturday delivery is available on all orders placed before 2pm on the preceding Friday and will be sent via DPD. Again this option is available at the checkout. Excludes certain UK post codes and all addresses north of Inverness. Tracking details will be emailed to you direct from DPD. If you do not receive an email please check your inbox settings and any spam / junk folders. All delivery times are quoted to us in good faith and are not legally binding. Please note if you specifiy a 'safe plae' for the parcel to be left in the additional shipping field box in checkout then you waive your rights to a signed delivery and can no longer make a claim for no-delivery in the event of a dispute. DPD Offshore 2 day service (up to 30kg) - UK Offshore
This option is available for larger orders up to 30kg in weight for all UK Offshore destinations including Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, and Guernsey & Jersey. All delivery times are quoted to us in good faith and are not legally binding. Please note if you specifiy a 'safe plae' for the parcel to be left in the additional shipping field box in checkout then you waive your rights to a signed delivery and can no longer make a claim for no-delivery in the event of a dispute. Calling cards are not always left so please check your tracking details for all updates to your delivery. Priced from £10.00 or FREE if spending over £200.

DPD 2 day service (up to 30kg) - Highlands & Island of Scotland
This option is available for larger orders up to 30kg in weight and now includes all deliveries to PH15 and PH16 postcodes, All delivery times are quoted to us in good faith and are not legally binding. Please note if you specifiy a 'safe plae' for the parcel to be left in the additional shipping field box in checkout then you waive your rights to a signed delivery and can no longer make a claim for non-delivery in the event of a dispute. P&P - International Sign For Service
This service is available for smaller orders (under 2kg) sent outside of the UK. Basic tracking details are available on request.

DPD by Road - Europe
Larger European deliveries are sent by DPD by Road service, all prices are based on weight. Tracking details will be emailed to you. If you do not receive an email please check your inbox settings and any spam / junk folders. All delivery times are quoted to us in good faith and are not legally binding.

DPD by Road - Norway
Larger European deliveries are sent by DPD by Road service, all prices are based on weight. Tracking details will be emailed to. Unfortunatley when exporting to Norway by road, we must have your VAT / Customer number, without this we can not ship. If you do not receive an email please check your inbox settings and any spam / junk folders. All delivery times are quoted to us in good faith and are not legally binding.

Parcelforce Global Priority - World
Items sent by Air for world wide destinations. Tracking details will be emailed to you direct from Parcelforce. If you do not receive an email please check your inbox settings and any spam / junk folders. All delivery times are quoted to us in good faith and are not legally binding.

PAY & COLLECT
Orders can be be placed online for collection from our Godstone branch. Orders for collection must be placed online as we do not operate a walk in shop. Collections can be made Monday till Friday (excluding bank & public holidays) between the hours of 9.00am - 5.00pm. An email will be sent to you once your order has been picked and is ready. Please bring a copy of this email or suitable ID with you - no orders will be released without this.

Delivery Schedule
We aim to ship all orders received before 2.00pm same day.

Tax Charges
VAT at the standard rate of 20% will be added to all orders. Goods that are despatched to addresses outside of the European Union are generally not subject to EU VAT.

If ordering for a business please enter your EU VAT number in checkout and tick the box for VAT free invoice, please note that the invoice details must match those for the EU VAT number.

When ordering goods from i4detailing for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches your country.

Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

If a customer refuses to pay the customs fees when the shipment arrives, the shipment may be returned to i4detailing and i4detailing may be charged the customs fees plus return shipping costs. Therefore, i4detailing does not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping costs (both ways), or the cost of an order if a customer refuses to pay their customs fees, duties and taxes assessed.

Requests to lower the commercial invoice value will be ignored.

Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website.

Transco Blanx Ltd t/a i4detailing.co.uk do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

When you place an order, or use any online form on our website, respond to a survey, or enter a competition or promotion, we need to know your name and other information such as your postal address, email address, telephone number. Returns Policy
Damaged Goods
Please try to check your delivery on receipt. If signing for goods that are damaged please sign as "damaged", or "unchecked" if you're not able to check at the time of delivery.

In the unlikely event your order is received damaged please contact us immediately. Please retain the original packaging for returning your order. Contact us with your I4D order number and with details of the problem and from where and when the returned parcel can be conveniently collected. If possible please take photo's to back up your claim. We will arrange to replace or refund your order, whichever your preference. It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 7 days of delivery.

Returns Policy
Unwanted Goods
Within 7 days of receipt.

Provided your purchase remains unused and 'as new' unopened with all seals intact we will accept the product back for a full refund up to 7 days after the date of delivery without question. This refund does not extend to the original cost of delivery plus returned goods will need to be inspected before reimbursement.

We will process a refund by the same means that the goods were purchased. It is your responsibility to ensure the products are securely packaged.

Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment (WEEE) returns - UK only

The Waste Electrical and Electonic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. Much of the UKs WEEE ends up in landfill, where the lead and other toxins it contains can cause soil and water contamination. This can have a harmful effect on natural habitat, wildlife and also human health. We offer a free "take-back" service for any item covered (such as machine polishers) under the WEEE regulations when you make an equivalent purchase from us. The item must fulfill the same functions as the new item and must be returned at your expense within 28 days of the purchase of your new item. All new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol and should be disposed of seperately from normal household waste so that they can be recycled.





Nothing in these terms and conditions will affect your rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. For further information regarding your rights, please contact your local authority Trading Standards Department, Consumer Direct or Citizens Advice Bureau.
